Improve usability of Tor2web Blocked Page Template

Currently Tor2web, when a url access has been blocked, does report that the url has been blocked and that's it.

This ticket is to improve the block page error to:

• Report directly the access URL for all other tor2web domains listed into the "mirror" configuration files (Es: mirror = [tor2web.fi, tor2web.blutmagie.de, onion.sh] )
• Report a graphically appealing instruction to access directly with Tor Browser Bundle with the .onion

The block page must be designed in a very efficient and use friendly way in order to clearly provide guidance to end-user on how to access the blocked content anyway, and to clearly explain to "who asked to block a specific web page" that the block is useless.

The end-user should be able, with a single click to access to the blocked content on other Tor2web domains.

This web page is very important to be extremely usable and user-dumb-proof also with screenshots on how to download Tor Browser Bundle and open the website (blocked) directly.

If the instruction are very powerful and extremely accessible/easy, then the blocking impact of a web page is very reduced.
