How to install the latest Elixir package from nixpkgs that is compiled with Erlang 20? #13

... and why doesn't my system have ANY Nix related configuration files? I assume that I installed it with sudo in the very beginning, completely messing up everything, plus there is a locale problem too so maybe the easiest would be to reinstall the whole thing. But I'm digressing.

The whole obsession started with enabling history in iex, but that would need Erlang 20.
