Dragging with LMB with video open causes pause/play #2

I have a video file open in opti, and whenever I drag the window around or pan with the left mouse button, it causes the video pause/play to toggle when the mouse button is released.

probably should have been fixed before i published it haha. fixed in b31090f53e82ccc1d737d27fded5f2448ab1c2e1, new build soon!
