Probably not possible to rotate the window, but it could be very cool if we could rotate the contents inside it. That way for example if you have opened a limb like an arm sprite - you can rotate it to pose a character made out of several opened files.
Would be even cool if you could set a rotation pivot, but I appreciate I am pushing this a bit too far :d
When rotated inside the window - the window could even automatically change its size so it can accommodate it without cropping it out.
Its just too fun to drop a bunch of character sprites on the desktop and position them
