Install on debian 10 #283

Hi,

I'm using a machine that has debian 10 installed. When I try to install torch it says debian 10 is not supported. I manually change the bash script to allow the installation to continue but I face many other problems later. I was wondering if anybody succeeded installing this on debian 10. https://github.com/torch/distro/blob/0219027e6c4644a0ba5c5bf137c989a0a8c9e01b/install-deps#L361
