Switched to Kondeo title-scraper #41

Now uses the public Kondeo api for title scraping. Coded that api in PHP myself.

You da bessss! but yo, do you think we should offer a backup? perhaps noEmbed?

The worst that happens if we have no backup is it will show the link. Kondeo servers are pretty reliable, so I'd say the event that Kondeo is down is 1 hour out of every year. Plus, when the scraper is down, the app just displays the link. Not even a bad thing.
