Added Firefox/IE/Opera/Safari Autosave #73

This pull request adds autosave to username/password fields for Firefox, IE, Opera and Safari. When submitting the login/register form, the browser will now prompt to save info.

Note: does not work with Chrome. Chrome is stingy and doesn’t work with ng-submit.

Chrome needs to get with the times haha :)
