Add VaporBoy to PWA Stores #78

Noticed VaporBoy is on sites like outweb.io .

Get a good amount of traffic from them, and other stores that picked up the app.

Would be nice to look out for more! :)

Closing this, because after a ton of Googling, appscope is the most popular, and not may others exist.

Only other one I could find was: https://pwa-directory.appspot.com/ https://github.com/GoogleChromeLabs/gulliver

And Vaporboy is already there 😄
