Make fixes for High Contrast Mode issues

There are minor issues across the careers site when viewed in high contrast mode. A review of the site with media-emulation; forced-colors: active should be completed, and contrast issues addressed.

For example, the social media icons in the footer of the site should render in yellow instead of purple, as they currently don't meet contrast requirements.

High contrast mode can be simulated on Chrome by setting forced-colors-mode: active in developer tools.

Main logo could use a white background.

Site Footer Social Media Icons

Dropdown filter button chevrons aren't obvious.

Academy roles can have their hoop borders removed.

Menu button isn't visible on mobile. Also applies to close menu button.
