Images app #18

Since custom image models are a pain to migrate to. Do you think it would be worth adding an images app into this template to make sure all of our future projects have the Image model premade?

If we're frequently going to need a custom abstractimage class, even just 50% of the time, it's probably worth it yeah.

+1 (and also to adding it to Wagtail's own template, presumably in the 'core' app). We'd probably also want to do the same thing for the Page model if/when https://github.com/torchbox/wagtail/issues/836 goes ahead.
