Link URL hosts aren't updated on import #122

Links parsed into the Rich text field still link to the original wordpress host URL. Are we able to update these to the new host URL?

Tried this again with WAGTAIL_WORDPRESS_IMPORTER_SOURCE_DOMAIN set to both the full domain with https:// and http:// and with a trailing slash and this still didn't work for me.
