Documentation for setting the BASE_URL

This adds the information to the main readme for the usage of the BASE_URL setting

WAGTAIL_WORDPRESS_IMPORTER_BASE_URL is renamed to WAGTAIL_WORDPRESS_IMPORTER_SOURCE_DOMAIN
