Manufacturer is missing from entity_id from release 2021.12.3 #20

Entity_id of the integration has historically been prefixed with manufacturer and should still be. This was changed by a mistake when the name was changed not to include manufacturer as part of using a SensorEntityDescription base class in release 2021.12.3. See commit https://github.com/toreamun/amshan-homeassistant/commit/f43b2f3dbf2d1206cbe00d9ee5c331425e60626d

This issue affects new installations.
