No files created upon 'successfull' installation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download Latest Version + fresh installation
2. Post installation follow folder directory to find "/Library/Application 
Support/SIMBL/Plugins"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see SIMBL related files/programs/icons

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.9 on mac OSX 10.6.8

I tried to install SIMBL on my sisters laptop last night and I am running into 
the same problem. Installing the same version (0.9.9) and running the same OS 
(10.6.8). Installer says that it has successfully installed and then going to 
"/Library/Application Support/" there is no SIMBL folder present. Any 
suggestions?

I've just tested this on 10.6.7 and 10.6.8 without incident.

Can you type this into Terminal.app and send the results?

ls -l "/Library/Application Support"

I entered the code into terminal as you asked, here are the results:
