It seems the place you're trying to copy it to may not exist. Try creating those directories first. e.g. mkdir -p ~/.weechat/lua/ I'm not sure if you're using WSL or actual Windows. If the latter, replaced mkdir with the Windows equivalent, or just make the directories with explorer.exe
