Some spells are preceded by (*). What does that mean? I assume those are quested spells, but it would be better if the help skill_ files that have such spells contain an explanation. Maybe another NOTE at the bottom? E.g. "NOTE 2: Some spells are powerful and rare, and can only be learned through a quest. They start with (*)."
