In a Small Cave
Small and low ceilinged, this circular cave is an offshoot of the
twisting tunnels that exit to the east. The rock of the walls is a deep
black with faint specks of gray on the ceiling and floors. The floor of
this cave is uncomfortably warm to the touch, and a faint yellow haze
drifts in from the east.

I'm confused. The leader of Clan Puspok is the quest mob for the purple silk eyepatch, I think? But he's aggro.
