People sit in GC for two dozen hours after any boot, using scripts to track and kill every single rare that's part of the swiftwind (Erlan's) quest. I have yet to find more than one in six months of looking. It's not cool to deny other people the ability to do a quest.
Setting this mob flag for the GC rares should fix that.

Or, make it so swiftwind can't proc off the Tiamat circlet, so people can't stack a bag full of switftwinds to proc non-stop and do the damage of five players.
