heal bug: powers siphon undead #123

Siphon undead heals for 25hp. Shouldn't this be 25hp x number of mobs effected? (it's area)

Note to self: This is going to require a way to vampiric heal only on a failed save from a damage effect. There isn't any way to do that currently.
