Auction: Increasing proxy working incorrectly. #309

Currently in game, if you're increasing your proxy amount in auction, it will require the full proxy amount to be available in your bank account rather than the amount you're increasing the proxy.

Example: 18) 130434 the starlight amulet of the moon guardian 501 10 Oghma (1100) 1 d OPEN Shar

In the above example, Shar is selling a starlight amulet. The current bid is 501, and my current proxy is 1100. If I want to set my new proxy to 2000, I need to have 2000 in the bank, rather than just 900.

This also applies in the reverse, in order to reduce your proxy, you also have to have the amount you are setting it to in order to use the command.

i.e. proxy is 2000, I want to reduce to 1000, but I only have 500 coins in my inventory/bank, I would need 1000 coins in order to place the reduced proxy bid.

This has been fixed for months. Waiting on it to be reviewed so I can make any changes requested and it can be moved in.
