Beacons #370

  1. Evil town beacons cannot be used by goodie casters. I know it may be risky for some, but there are not valid reasons to prevent disguised illus to use them. Opposite is also true most likely.

  2. SM, Ashstone and EM are missing beacons. All of them are really needed. Hulburg maybe?

  3. Evils lack beacons around WD area. Wd beacon could be moved to TP or RC.

  4. Could we have TT beacon moved to spine of the world?

I think it makes sense to review and update the beacons. Probably doesn't make sense to allow using beacons for towns you aren't allowed in though.

Why not? Suicide is always a personal decision. And yeah a few more beacons would rock.
