This is the alternative item to questing ChP axe, and unlike the axe, must be quested during the boot that you do ChP and the rare loads, which makes even gathering all the materials difficult (the axe is quested outside of ChP at any time). The armor is so bad that no one except myself has ever made a set because it's so rare and the axe was just clearly a better choice.

Lies I have quested it too! But I agree it's so bad I never use it. Compared to much easier to quest/get items it's just plain awful.
