an iron circlet set with a sapphire doesnt proc anymore #772

Please have a check on item an iron circlet set with a sapphire. This circlet does not proc anymore. I have not seen it proc these days. This is a good headwear for shaman before progressing to get tia circlet.

Please check the proc on this circlet.

Verifying the integrity of a proc is certainly a good suggestion.

But let's be real... It's probably easier to get Chimera these days...
