Since racial intelligence doesn't help sorcerers, yuan-ti feel a little weak losing 4 slots. Be nice to see vipermind get a spell power bonus in addition to hitdam. Maybe the equivalent of 15 maxint, but in spellpower so it's not also buffing traditional snake casters.
