livecd improvement ideas

I noticed the following as possible enhancement.

• [ ] Enable bash tab completion (fixable by .bashrc)
• [x] source ros setup.bash in .bashrc
• [ ] add ros_seminar under ~/catkin_ws/src
• [x] Install python-catkin-tools --> https://github.com/tork-a/live-cd/pull/57/files#diff-02b98269ab835478182d95a5c72c051bR77
• [x] Run rosdep update
• [ ] With 14.04 20150127 build, internet can't be reached. Wifi is ok.
