set the OI mode at shutdown #16

Hi All, Thank you for the great project ! If possible, I would ask you a question would be possible to bring in passive mode the robot at the shutdown of the roomblock_bringup , reason is that In the state the robot is at shutdown of the roomblock_bringup node, I observed that roomblock doesn't charge the battery . Thanks in advance for you help ! germal
