参加者全員Kineticだったので，ros_seminar_manipulationのビルドに失敗

    CATKIN_IGNOREをros_seminar_manipulationに作る，のやり方を教えて回避

@7675t this allow to compile on kinetic, please also check https://github.com/tork-a/ros_seminar/pull/31 for kinetic support
