http://localhost:8000 doesn't return. So something is still strange.

@jihoonl Sorry this was still in progress (not functioning yet).

$ rosrun roswww webserver.py then accessing http://localhost:8000 doesn't return (web browser keeps trying on and on).

Interesting.. seems like the webserver does not start. I will try to chase up later after finishing immediate tasks.

Um If you like to create PR which is intended not to merge but for discussion, would you add [Do not merge] prefix to continue discussion? With this prefix I won't merge PR immediately.
