Fix #33 #35

This PR is refined PR from #34.

After discussing with @k-okada #33 , chat.launch is renamed to start_bridge.launch.

I also modified chat.html to pub/sub "chatter" topic. The change makes chat.html able to talk with @k-okada 's talker/listener #33 .
