Forgetting Favorites

Hi, ClipAngel intermittently forgets my Favorites. It often goes many reboots without a problem, then sometimes it just opens and they have been deleted.

Could this be to do with Windows Updates, or if not then any idea why they may be deleted intermittently please?

I need screenshot of ClipAngel main window in "they have been deleted" state and "Info" group of "Settings" window.

Screengrab of info section attached. When it intermittently deletes the clips it just starts empty (it's just every week or two roughly), so there's nothing to show but a blank screen with no clips when it happens.

Give me your settings file located in "Application user settings path" and named "Settings.settings". Also put any hand made file in that folder and check its presence next time you clips will disapper.

Looks like some software deletes/restores content of "Application user settings path" of ClipAngel. Look that way.

OK, thanks, I will look for any third-party software activity in that folder that may be causing the clips/favorites to be deleted.

p.s. Just one FEATURE REQUEST if I may, rather than raise it as an issue... it would be great if there was a button on the main interface to enable a mode that always PASTED PLAIN TEXT whilst in that mode. I have dozens of repetitive tasks that always need Plain Text and this would be much better if I could double-click each clip to do this rather than selecting a clip and pressing Ctrl-Enter each time,
