Ignore Urls / Filepaths [Feature Request]

Along with "Ignore applications" from which ClipAngel does not store clips, it would come in handy to also have "Ignore Urls" and/or "Ignore Paths".

You see, I don't think anyone would like to block the whole browser, but certainly you wan't to block specific urls, in which you copy certain info.

Some goes for applications like an edtior. Who would want to block out notepad++? But it would come handy to block out a folder like /passwords/
