I420ToARGB AVX2 version fails #489

What steps will reproduce the problem?
c:\intelsde\sde -ast -hsw -- out\release\libyuv_unittest.exe 
--gtest_catch_exceptions=0 --gtest_filter=*I420ToARGB_Opt
Note: Google Test filter = *I420ToARGB_Opt

[----------] Global test environment set-up.
[----------] 1 test from libyuvTest
[ RUN      ] libyuvTest.I420ToARGB_Opt

What is the expected output? 
Pass

What do you see instead?
Crash

SSSE3 version works.

fix checked into libyuv r1481
offset to width parameter passed was off by 4
