improve groff code #114

Read man groff_man and write a more idiosyncratic groff code for swarm's manpage. Even if @torognes doesn't like groff :-)

The man page was modified to use the dedicated EXAMPLE, SYNOPSIS, URL and EMAIL groff macros. The result looks nice and the SYNOPSIS section now covers the different ways to use swarm and the options available.
