Errors in SIMD alignment code #96

Two problems with the SIMD code have been detected. These may result in invalid alignments and incorrect scores in some cases. This may lead to incorrect clustering when d>1. We are working on a solution.

This issue is more complex to debug than the other two recent bugs. I need some more time to solve it.

Fixed in version 2.1.11 just released.
