Speeding up writing of clusters #435

This is a feature request Would it be possible to make the writing of clusters multithreaded ? If I am not mistaken, the writing of clusters runs as a single thread right now ?; and this takes quite a while

Thanks for your feedback. Which of the clustering output files are you thinking about? (Which option is it specified with?)
