Only seen on DME Stitch at the moment, but it has been acting up lately. Basically one of our patrons loads their STL onto Octoprint and the file appears in the Slicer window, but not in the Files window. Even when slicing, the resultant GCODE does not appear in the Files window. In the end, the patron cannot print their file as the gcodes do not even appear.
STEPS TAKEN BY THE PATRON:
- Renamed their prints
- Uploaded of different computers
STEPS TAKEN BY STAFF
- Reset Octoprint server
- Reboot the Raspberry Pi
ACTIONS TAKEN
- Person was relocated to another printer
