[Possibly Minor] Octoprint loads file onto slicer, but does not save it #5

Only seen on DME Stitch at the moment, but it has been acting up lately. Basically one of our patrons loads their STL onto Octoprint and the file appears in the Slicer window, but not in the Files window. Even when slicing, the resultant GCODE does not appear in the Files window. In the end, the patron cannot print their file as the gcodes do not even appear.

Will close issue, problem is non-existent due to reading the files tab incorrectly.

  • Renamed their prints
  • Uploaded of different computers

STEPS TAKEN BY STAFF

  • Reset Octoprint server
  • Reboot the Raspberry Pi

ACTIONS TAKEN

  • Person was relocated to another printer
