Some more cleanup, update Drupal to 7.33 (Nov. 6), resolves issues #17, #18, #19, #20, #21 and #24.
I have a related pull request in for Islandora video.js (https://github.com/Islandora/islandora_videojs/pull/11) that uses the correct video.js library path.
