We need a way to change profile details after registration

I can help with the javascript side of this. Can your server send and receive json data? This calls for a small API and backend,

As the code is right now, this can be done via Django and forms very easily without adding anything extra. I'm not sure how secure would be sending personal data around with js and json files. So I think I will use django for this for now.

Is your server going to switch to HTTPS mode?

It probably should, I don't know how to do that yet.
