Support direct SIP calls

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter number to call without logging in
2. Click Call
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Direct SIP call without proxy
Actual: Call button disabled

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Live demo on Chrome 21.0.1144.0 canary
