There is no readme for this project and this is quite ugly...

First draft of rat, as per commit 4aec7c4dc678321ac2739caaff58f50ea0fa5110. Should not be considered close until #3 is complete.

"Why I should use this script?" should be "Why should I use this script?"

Fixed on commit fff9c5b4eeb85d537c4ab09ff3afce591e9258e5. Again this should not be considered close until #3 is complete.
