[Update Headless}: Add GPU enforcing for cycles and extend config vars to support --cylces-device #162

1- adds a function that tries to find OptiX and CUDA for Cycles-GPU rendering

2- extends the config vars to support builtin blender config var for headless GPU rendering for cycles: --cycles-device
