Color Scheme for `Tracker` and `Index` #90

Torrust, Tracker, Index all share the exact same color style.

It may be more visually pleasing have theme colors for these different projects, and to help visually separate them from the main Torust page.

Hi @da2ce7,

This is a requirement that would have been great to know much before we started all this process. In the future I think that it would be essential to let us know about such things before hand since otherwise we never progress nor finish things.

I think that as of now we should stick to what the designer for the brand prepared since I think that both Jose and I see the Torrust Project as one and were not aware that you wanted to make a specific differentiation between the two.

@da2ce7 If you would like to have a meeting with me and @josecelano about this we can discuss it.

Fer has only implemented the Visual designers guideline so that he is not the person to ask for this. He has only done the UI implementation of the visual guide.
