[fix] update ports (8888,8889) -> (6006,6007) #38

Hi,

Thanks for this great idea! I find it super easy to install and use. However the default ports conflict with Jupyter, so I suggest below we make the ports the same as Tensorboard: 6006 (and 6007 for the API).
