Also updated the README and all vendored javascripts.

Added back the request header for the iframe transport which was lost in one of the previous asset updates. That patch should probably go upstream.

Created upstream PR blueimp/jQuery-File-Upload#3291 for the X-Requested-With=IFrame param.
