As a random visitor I don't understand what the action does by just reading This action checks dependency licence issues using ort. in the README. Can a longer description be added that explains when the action might be useful and what it solves?

Other questions that would be nice to have answered are:

  1. What does your software provide for what user?
  2. What does your software do?
  3. What makes your software unique?
