Better how to fix #153

As a reader of the report I would like clear instructions how to solve a violation. Now the default text from https://github.com/NLeSC/tortellini-on-rsd/blob/18f6cc0796efeea9f02c11e7f19d7a5a3cd45327/config/rules.kts#L60-L62 is shown which does not help me.
