Improve English grammar / clarity in README.md #122

Hi long2ice, I appreciate this project and the work you've done, and I want to help make it a success.

As I am learning the project, I found a lot of confusing phrasing in the readme. The content is great, but some of the grammar and word choice is hard to understand and makes it harder for people to learn the project. Your English is much better than my Chinese, but we can clean this up to help the project gather more users and momentum.
