Admin, Manufacturers, Edit: Infobox is duplicated #8

This array already contains the core infobox code: https://github.com/torvista/Zen-Cart_CEON-URI-Mapping/blob/f53aa0275063559315d5cd33243103cdb59f6f5c/files/ADMIN_FOLDER/includes/classes/class.CeonURIMappingAdminManufacturerPages.php#L327

The additional URI fields are added to it but then it is inserted by the javascript at the end of the infobox already created on the page, so duplicating it.
