not working on windows 7 x64 for ff3 or ie8 #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load up windows 7 x64
2. open the RightClick.html in either ff3 or ie8
3. right click

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would be the dot being drawn; yet, although the right
click menu does not appear, neither does the dot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.2 and 0.6.3 using windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
 works on vista just not windows 7 for some reason... if I figure it out I
will tell you
