Translate browser extensions #8

Our browser extensions should be available in other languages. Right now, there's only the description on the extensions website that we should translate; however this is not really urgent, since there are no other projects than ToS;DR now; so everything is in English. But soon that will change (starting with French).

@hugoroy There's any plan/project about translation yet? I'm interested in helping with that
